- Oversee and take responsibility for the Amazon-related profit and loss, ensuring sales, margin, and profitability goals are met.
- Play a role in developing and implementing both annual and quarterly business strategies across Vendor Central (1P) and Seller Central (3P).
- Initiate and deliver growth projects by leveraging pricing tactics, promotional activities, retail programs, advertising, and assortment management.
- Review contracts and negotiate commercial terms.
- Supervise and coordinate external agencies or service providers for Amazon and NA Marketplace when required, making sure their efforts align with key business objectives.
- Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon Vendor Central and Amazon/NA Marketplace Seller Central accounts
- Monitor account health, compliance and operational KPIs to ensure continuity of business
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations teams to support accurate demand planning and execution
- Coordinate the planning and execution of product launches, working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing and Merchandising teams
- Manage and optimize content, including product detail pages, brand store, A+ content and visual assets
- Plan and execute key commercial events such as Prime Day, Black Friday and Cyber Week
- Support and manage Amazon Advertising activities (Sponsored Ads, DSP if applicable) to maximize visibility and ROAS
- Overview performance through analytics and internal reporting tools
- Track and analyze key KPIs including revenue, contribution margin, traffic, conversion rate and buy box performance
- Identify insights and opportunities to improve performance and support data-driven decision making
Carry out additional tasks and projects as assigned in line with business needs.Requirements
- Relevant experience of more than 7/8 years in the field
- Previous experience in ecommerce roles with direct involvement in Amazon marketplace management (Vendor Central and/or Seller Central)
- Strong understanding of Amazon operations, merchandising and performance drivers
- Solid analytical skills with ability to interpret data and KPIs
- Expertise working with Excel for Data Analysis
- Strong commercial mindset with negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with external agencies and cross-functional teams
- Good organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
