We are supporting a mid-sized, innovation-driven pharmaceutical company undergoing a significant commercial transformation across a multi-country European region. As part of this evolution, we are looking for a Regional Lead – Commercial & Launch Excellence to take on a high-impact, cross-functional role.This is a unique opportunity to own and drive the readiness and execution of major upcoming launches – 2 of which are blockbuster, while shaping how the organisation operates across markets.The OpportunityThis role sits at the centre of the regional commercial organisation, with full accountability to drive transformation and ensure execution excellence.You will:
  • Lead the regional commercial PMO, bringing structure and visibility across key initiatives
  • Drive end-to-end launch readiness for a high-priority asset
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to align priorities and ensure delivery
  • Work across Commercial Strategy, Launch Excellence, Business Development & Alliance Management
  • Enable effective execution within a decentralised, decision-empowered structure

Your Profile
  • Experience in pharma/biotech, ideally within commercial, strategy, or launch roles
  • Background in consulting or strategic project environments is a strong advantage
  • Track record in cross-functional projects, transformation, or PMO leadership
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to simplify complexity into clear actions
  • Confident stakeholder manager with experience in matrix organisations
