Senior Program Manager - Fiber (Contract)12 month contract - with perm option thereafterA major Swiss telecom operator is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the nationwide FTTH rollout and drive multi?brand commercial execution across Consumer and Business segments.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end?to?end FTTH commercial roadmap and performance tracking
  • Drive GTM strategy, pricing alignment and rollout?based activation
  • Coordinate cross?functional teams across Brand, Marketing, Sales, Technology and IT
  • Oversee regional activation: acquisition waves, migration flows, outbound, local presence, landlord engagement
  • Provide governance, reporting and decision support to senior leadership
Profile:
  • 10 years in telecom with strong FTTH/broadband experience
  • Proven leadership in complex, cross?functional program delivery
  • Strong GTM, pricing, customer journey or commercial activation background
  • German & English required; French a plus
