Senior ICT Project Manager (temporary)

• Lead a CHF 15M+ transformation program focused on SDLC standardization and modernization
• Orchestrate cross-functional, international teams across engineering, architecture, security, risk, compliance, operations, and data/AI
• Drive executive stakeholder management, influencing decisions in governance forums
• Ensure delivery of measurable outcomes such as time-to-market, quality, and resilience improvements
• Plan and execute standards adoption and AI-readiness initiatives across business units
• Create engagement and momentum through effective communication, branding, and internal events
• Own full project lifecycle: scope, budget, risks, dependencies, and reporting

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in leading transformation and software delivery projects
• Proven track record in enterprise-scale transformation initiatives
• Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and modern engineering practices
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry (4-6 years preferred)
• Certification in PRINCE2, PMP, or IPMA
• Strong expertise in stakeholder management and executive communication
• Experience leading cross-functional and international teams
• Solid knowledge of Agile frameworks and modern SDLC practices (e.g. SAFe, Scrum, DevSecOps, CI/CD)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
