Senior ICT Project ManagerAs the Senior Project Manager for Project Epicurus, you will spearhead a high-impact, CHF 15m+ transformation of the enterprise Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Your mission is to harmonize engineering practices across the entire organization, paving the way for an AI-enabled future. This role acts as the strategic bridge between business and technology, requiring a leader who excels in complex change management, executive communication, and international team orchestration.Key DetailsLocation: Zurich (80% Onsite / 20% Remote)Duration: June 1, 2026 – December 31, 2027Capacity: 100% UtilizationYour ResponsibilitiesStrategic Transformation: Lead a major project to reshape the enterprise SDLC, ensuring scalability and AI-readiness.Team Orchestration: Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Architecture, Security, Risk, Compliance, and Data/AI across various international locations.Executive Stakeholder Management: Navigate governance forums and influence decision-making at the executive level to ensure measurable business outcomes (Quality, Time-to-Market, Resilience).Change Management: Drive the adoption of new standards alongside SDLC Change Leads; create project momentum through clever communication, branding, and internal events.Project Governance: Own end-to-end project controls, including scope, budget, risk mitigation, and comprehensive reporting.What You Bring to the TeamExperience: 7+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation or software delivery projects; a banking industry background is a plus.Methodology: Expert knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and modern practices such as Agile (SAFe, SCRUM), DevSecOps, and CI/CD.Education: University degree (Master's level preferred) and professional project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or IPMA).Soft Skills: Exceptional relationship management, emotional intelligence, and "Marketing/Sales" skills to inspire engagement across diverse teams.Communication: Excellent executive-level presentation and moderation techniques.Languages: Fluent in English (written and oral).
