ICT Project Manager Skill level: Level 3 (Senior) 7 and more years of experience Utilization in %: 100 Location: Zurich Remote ratio:You lead a high-impact transformation project that is reshaping a major finacial exchanges software development lifecycle (SDLC) across the enterprise, accelerating our journey into an AI-enabled future. Working with international, cross-functional teams, you act as the strategic connector between business and technology, driving modern software engineering practices and enable the organization to transition.

Lead a CHF 15m transformational project reshaping and harmonizing the SDLC across SIX
Orchestrate cross-functional teams (engineering, architecture, security, risk, compliance, operations, data/AI) across locations and entities to deliver expected outcomes
Drive executive stakeholder management, shaping decisions in governance forums, and ensuring measurable business outcomes (time-to-market, quality, resilience) • Plan and execute standards adoption and AI-readiness together with the SDLC Change Leads in the different organizational units,
Create momentum, inspire and foster engagement through clever communication, branding and events
Own end-to-end project controls: deliverables, scope, budget, dependencies, risks, reporting
