In anticipation of evolving technology landscapes, including the emergence of Agentic AI, this role positions you at the forefront of integrating next-generation automation capabilities into core banking operations.YOUR CHALLENGEOperate and administer the Flowable Citizen Development Platform by acting as the central point of contact for user community, channelling and prioritizing Bug Fixes & Feature enhancementsDevelop, deploy, and maintain Flowable workflows in close collaboration with business teamsProvide first-line technical support and perform root-cause analysis for issues reported within the automation environmentMaintain comprehensive documentation, knowledge bases, and FAQs to ensure sustainability and user self-serviceability for the Flowable Citizen Developer CommunityBe responsible of the change management and adoption of the Flowable Citizen Development ToolContribute to the end-to-end delivery of RPA solutions.
