Tasks Gather, analyse, and document functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders. Translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications for development teams and maintain traceability of requirements throughout the product lifecycle. Leverage AI‑based tools and techniques to support activities such as requirements elicitation, analysis, refinement, validation, and documentation. Develop a deep understanding of our products and services and translate this knowledge into well-structured requirements and business concepts. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement validation sessions with internal and external stakeholders. Support the continuous improvement of our products and services by contributing analytical insights, process suggestions, and business-oriented solution concepts. Be willing and able to take on Product Owner responsibilities when required, supporting backlog prioritisation and driving product value. Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum five years of relevant work experience in requirements engineering and/or business analysis, ideally in the payments (banking) and/or Multibanking (fintech) domain. Certification in Business Analysis and/or Requirements Engineering. Familiarity with requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma) and modelling tools (e.g., UML, BPMN, Enterprise Architect). Experience with or strong interest in using AI‑supported tools and a willingness to actively integrate them into daily work. Experience with payment industry terminology and processes. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with development teams and business stakeholders to build a strong understanding of products and services. Proficiency in English and/or German. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in both on-site and remote environments.
