- Gather, analyse, and document functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications for development teams and maintain traceability of requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
- Leverage AI‑based tools and techniques to support activities such as requirements elicitation, analysis, refinement, validation, and documentation.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services and translate this knowledge into well-structured requirements and business concepts.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement validation sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the continuous improvement of our products and services by contributing analytical insights, process suggestions, and business-oriented solution concepts.
- Be willing and able to take on Product Owner responsibilities when required, supporting backlog prioritisation and driving product value.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum five years of relevant work experience in requirements engineering and/or business analysis, ideally in the payments (banking) and/or Multibanking (fintech) domain.
- Certification in Business Analysis and/or Requirements Engineering.
- Familiarity with requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma) and modelling tools (e.g., UML, BPMN, Enterprise Architect).
- Experience with or strong interest in using AI‑supported tools and a willingness to actively integrate them into daily work.
- Experience with payment industry terminology and processes.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with development teams and business stakeholders to build a strong understanding of products and services.
- Proficiency in English and/or German.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in both on-site and remote environments.
