Procurement & Sourcing Data Support Analyst

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyse procurement and tender‑related data
• Prepare management‑level memos, reports, and presentations based on analytical findings
• Support tender readiness across technical and commercial streams
• Coordinate interactions and documentation for review committees and internal stakeholders
• Draft tender materials and ensure consistency and quality of deliverables
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and analytical tools for decision‑making
• Track timelines, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure alignment with key milestones
• Provide continuous operational support throughout the tender lifecycle

• Experience in procurement, sourcing, tender support, or procurement analytics
• Strong analytical skills and ability to transform data into clear insights for management
• Proactive, well‑organised, able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Comfortable coordinating across cross‑functional teams
• Experience in a complex tender environments is a strong asset
• English as a first language or full professional fluency required; additional languages are a plus
• Experience with analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, dashboards) appreciated

• Minimum 6‑month consulting mission, with potential extension based on needs
• Collaboration with experienced tender and procurement experts
