In the near future, we additionally expect a more senior / managerial role to open within the Trade Finance Solutions team, with broader scope and increased responsibility. - Collaborate with Global TFS Commercial Teams to identify opportunities for new products or enhancements to existing structures (e.g., new jurisdictions, regulations, counterparties).
- Ensure all structures and products remain aligned with TFS principles: true sale/de-recognition, tax efficiency, low legal/regulatory risk.
- Drive internal approval processes across central functions.
- Maintain and enhance a library of term sheets, product documentation, and approvals.
- Support commercial teams in securing single-risk credit insurance capacity.
- Build strong relationships with Bunge's exclusive broker and underwriters.
- Maintain policy wording libraries, indicative capacity data, and quote benchmarks.
- Manage the end-to-end insurance submission process, including monitoring hit ratios and response timelines.
- Support binding processes and coordinate claim handling with relevant functions.
- At least a few years of experience in trade finance, structured finance, credit insurance, or commodity finance.
- We have a strong preference for experience directly linked to the commodity sector - whether through financing commodity flows, structuring commodity-backed products, or working in a trading environment.
- Solid technical understanding of instruments such as letters of credit, prepayments, receivables, inventory financing, and commodity finance structures.
- Familiarity with credit insurance or single-risk policies is a strong advantage.
- Experience managing transactions and improving deal structures.
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working with stakeholders across multiple functions.
- A dynamic, curious, and proactive mindset-able to navigate complexity, handle pressure, and drive outcomes.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Mandarin, Spanish/Portuguese) are a plus due to our global portfolio.
