The Private Market platform of CA Indosuez covers a large scope of strategies including buyout, growth capital, credit, infrastructure, and secondary.Your role

Participating in due-diligence processes for new private equity investments (primary, secondary and co-invests);
Defending investment recommendations to the Investment Committee;
Ensuring monitoring and reporting of the existing investments in portfolio;
Participating to investment execution and structuring alongside internal and external counsels;
Managing deal-flow and digital monitoring tools related to investments;

The Private Equity Analyst will report to a senior professional of the investment team and work in collaboration with a dedicated team of investment managers and analysts mostly based in Geneva.
