- Independently supporting front marketers and mandate specialists in preparing for client meetings and due diligence sessions, including compiling high-quality, tailored marketing presentations and investment proposals, as well as coordinating internal teams
- Creating tailored, persuasive, and high-quality responses to client requests, assisting with queries and performance updates
- Acting as a first point of contact for product and mandate clients by coordinating and liaising with various teams and specialists within the firm (including coordination of internal approval processes)
- Providing well-structured and compelling input to requests for proposals (RFPs)
- Supporting the onboarding process for clients by liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
- Assisting on projects related to new business development, strategic planning, product development, and other marketing initiatives
- Developing deep expertise in private markets and Partners Group's platform, products, separately managed accounts, and investment strategies across asset classes
- Undergraduate University Degree
- Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken) is mandatory
- German is a strong plus
- 1 to 2 years of experience in (institutional) sales, investor relations, private banking, wealth management, asset management, private equity, strategy consulting, or investment banking
- Confident and comfortable communicating with teams and stakeholders across all seniority levels
- Strong sense of ownership with solid project management skills and the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with a strong desire to learn and succeed
- Proactive, hands-on approach
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills with a client-focused mindset and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of private markets is an advantage
