- Lead the Bank’s institutional and B2B growth strategy across Private Banks, Pension Funds, Institutional Investors, and corporate clients.
- Secure large-scale institutional partnerships, including omnibus account structures and product distribution agreements.
- Oversee complete RFP processes, ensuring high-quality proposals, senior-level negotiation, and successful onboarding.
- Serve as the senior executive representative for high-revenue key accounts, ensuring long-term relationship management and client satisfaction.
- Drive account planning, revenue optimization, and strategic engagement with major institutional clients.
- Provide senior oversight of complex onboarding processes, including institutional KYC and documentation.
- Represent B2B priorities internally, ensuring alignment with Operations, Risk, Compliance, Product, and Technology teams.
- Enhance operational processes to enable efficiency, scalability, and strong risk controls.
- Oversee the institutional client experience across communication touchpoints, digital banking, and digital onboarding.
- Collaborate with technology and product leadership toidentifyand implement improvements.
- Lead complex cross-functional projects, including major institutional integrations and partnership rollouts.
- Engage directly with senior leadership, Executive Committee members, and Board of Directors asrequired.
- Contribute to broader business development initiatives and long-term B2B strategy.
- University degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related field; CFA/CAIA strongly preferred.
- 10–14 years of experience in a regulated banking environment with strong institutional/B2B exposure, combined with deep digital assets expertise
OR 12+ years digital assets experience with strong crypto expertise. * Established senior-level network across Swiss, EU, and/or international institutional markets and digital asset ecosystems.
- Proven experience leading RFPs, complex institutional structures, and high-value sales cycles.
- Strong executive presence and experience engaging senior leadership, C‑suite, and Board-level stakeholders.
- Management consulting or strategy consulting background is considered an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and drive business development initiatives.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
