Responsible for delivering accurate and timely payroll for several entities, ensuring full compliance with local regulations.Maintaining and updating payroll‑relevant data, including personnel and salary changes.Handling expat and commuter cases in collaboration with Global Mobility and external partners.Managing payroll controls and preparing documentation for audits (incl. SOX).Coordinating necessary approvals for payroll‑related payments.Supporting the improvement of payroll policies, procedures, and internal controls.Acting as a point of contact for internal and external payroll, tax, and social insurance inquiries.Contributing to the standardization and optimization of Payroll & Benefits processes across locations.Working closely with HR Service Delivery, HRBPs, and Centers of Excellence.Assisting colleagues with process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.1 year missionInternational environment
  • Min. 3 years of experience in a payroll‑related function within a multinational environment with multiple entities.
  • Experience working with outsourced payroll providers.
  • Experience using HR and payroll systems such as Workday or SAP.
  • Fluency in English is required, German is a plus.
