We are seeking to strengthen the team with an eager and dedicated professional with experience in marketing and sales management.What you’ll doReporting directly to the Business Unit Director R&I, you will be responsible for all brand and sales related activities to COPD and lead the marketing and sales teamYou will lead the COPD Franchise across all current and future indications (inhaled + biologic) and be responsible for a near-term new product launch in collaboration with the cross-functional teamYou will develop the annual brand strategy and operational plan and execute it cross-functionally. You are constantly informed about market conditions and incorporate them into your planning.You will collaborate with regulatory affairs, market access, medical and sales to ensure adequate implementation of the planned activities. Including (but not restricted to) promotional and non-promotional materials, omnichannel campaigns and educational eventsYou will maintain contacts with opinion leaders and represent our company at scientific and promotional events.You will be responsible for the annual budgeting (costs and sales) and will supervise these goals on an ongoing basis.Your ProfileYou have at least 7 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, and experience in both marketing and sales management. Previous experience in biologics, respiratory and/or specifically severe asthma is a plus.You are an innovative, goal-oriented personality with a high level of self-motivation.Strong analytical skills. Problem solving & solution oriented, you can safely handle complex tasksConfident communicator with excellent presentation skills. You know how to influence others and how to lead cross-functional partners at various seniority levelStrong team player but you are determined and can succeed working with high level of autonomyYou enjoy being close to the market and to your customers and facilitate a customer centric mindset in your teamIdeally you have experience in working at global level and have an understanding of the drug development lifecycle, commercial as well as market access aspects.Languages: proficient in German and English is a requirement.
