Senior Project Manager SDLC Transformation vacancy for our Zürich based client in the Banking sector.Your tasks:
  • Lead a transformational project (> CHF 15m) to reshape and harmonise the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) across the enterprise
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams in engineering, architecture, security, risk, compliance, operations, and data/AI, spanning multiple locations
  • Drive executive stakeholder management and shape strategic decisions in governance forums, ensuring measurable business outcomes (such as time-to-market, quality, and resilience)
  • Plan and implement standards adoption and AI readiness in collaboration with SDLC Change Leads across the organisation
  • Inspire and foster engagement through strategic communication, branding and event management
  • Own end-to-end project controls including scope, budget, deliverables, dependencies, risks and reporting
Your experience/knowledge:
  • University degree (e.g. UNI, University of Applied Sciences, Master) and certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or IPMA
  • At least 7 years of experience leading transformational and software delivery projects
  • 4-6 years' experience within banking or financial services environments
  • Proven track record in relationship and stakeholder management, executive-level communication, and leading cross-functional international teams
  • Language skills: English mandatory, German advantageous
