The role focuses on ensuring smooth order routing, execution workflow stability, and rapid issue resolution across multiple electronic trading platforms.YOUR CHALLENGEProvide real‑time support for order routing, execution issues, and trade flow across equity, fixed income, structured products, crypto and multi‑asset desksTroubleshoot technical problems in EMS/OMS systems including TradeSmart, MarketAxess, TSOX, Bloomberg, and TradeWebAnalyse FIX messages, trace order paths, and identify root‑cause issuesWork with traders, technology teams, and external vendors to maintain stable trading connectivitySupport basic scripting or programming tasks to automate routing, implement checks and analyse logsYOUR PROFILEBachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, Information Technology, or any related fieldFinancial engineering or programming (nice to have)Experience in trading support or electronic execution workflowsStrong understanding of FIX protocol and order routing mechanicsSolid understanding of Temenos T24 is a big plus (architecture and business workflows)Basic programming or scripting skills (e.g., Python, SQL, Java, Bash)Familiarity with electronic trading platforms: TradeSmart, MarketAxess, TSOX, Bloomberg EMSX/TOMS, TradeWebGood understanding of market microstructure and electronic execution workflowsDetail-oriented, fast-thinking, and comfortable supporting traders in time-critical environmentsFIX certification and CFA or similar would be a nice-to-haveFluent in English (verbal and written); German would be a nice-to-haveWe are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
