In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accurate, timely, and complete production of Client Investment Reports for our private banking clientele.YOUR CHALLENGESupport the accurate, timely, and complete preparation and processing of Client Investment Reports for private banking clientsMonitor data integrity and uphold high-quality standards by identifying discrepancies, initiating corrective actions, and escalating critical anomalies as requiredProvide responsive support to Front Office units on Client Investment Reporting inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution and service excellenceAssist in the processing of multi-bank reporting services, maintaining the accuracy of data received from various platformsYOUR PROFILEMinimum of 2–3 years of experience in operations within a financial services environmentSolid understanding of investment products and their key characteristicsDemonstrable knowledge of portfolio valuation methods and performance measurement principlesBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related disciplineFluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in German is strongly preferredWorking knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with portfolio reporting platforms is beneficialStrong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and operational excellenceEffective communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders and explain investment reporting methodologies clearlyProactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and meet time-sensitive deliverables under pressureWe are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
