The team is responsible for the end-to-end delivery process and works in a lean-agile setup with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.Your tasks- Conception, planning and implementation of technical customer solutions at various locations
- Independent management and handling of complex customer projects
- Advising customers on technical requirements and developing tailor-made solutions
- Interface function between internal teams, customers and external partners
- Carrying out site visits as well as maintaining and expanding customer relationships
- Order processing including inventory, design and ordering of equipment
- Support for rollouts, conversions, migrations and phase-out projectsYour profileMust-have Skills- Completed technical training (EFZ) in the field of ICT system and network technology, telematics, electronics or comparable qualification
- In-depth knowledge of access network technologies (FTTx)
- Experience in the planning and implementation of telecommunications solutions
- Know-how in optical transport networks and network architectures (Layers 1–3)
- Strong cost, quality and deadline orientation
- Very good written and spoken German skillsNice-to-have Skills- Good knowledge of French and/or English
- Experience in the telecommunications industry
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex content in an understandable way
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Analytical thinking skills and a high level of personal responsibility
- Ability to work in a team and experience in dealing with various stakeholders
