- Develop clear, engaging content for external audiences, including media materials, website updates, and social media posts
- Maintain consistent messaging across all channels through close collaboration with internal teams
- Collaborate with design and digital teams to produce visual and multimedia content for social media, digital channels, and events
- Monitor media coverage and assist with media relations activities
- Manage sensitive communications with professionalism and discretion
- Support the planning, coordinating, and execution of external and investor events
- Oversee event logistics, including venue coordination, vendor management, guest lists, event materials, and on-site support
- Create post-event reporting, evaluation, and content capture.
- Relevant Swiss working/residency permit and/or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required
- Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and manage all-level stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree required
- Previous experience in Communications, Event Management, Marketing, or Investor Relations
- Excellent communication both in English and German
