- Take full ownership of your business unit’s success and profitability.
- Drive new business by building strong, long-term client relationships with top-tier industrials in the Life Science sector.
- Define engineering projects and services we can offer to our industrial partners
- Recruit and lead a high-performing team of engineering consultants.
- Identify and acquire new clients in the Life Science sector (includes cold-calling).
- Define and execute sales strategies.
- Lead business meetings with key decision-makers.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and candidates.
- Define recruitment strategies to attract top engineering talent.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build and manage your own team of consultants.
- Support career development
- Ensure consultants and clients satisfaction.
- Fluent in German and English (C1 minimum)
- Conversational level in French (B1+ minimum)
- Engineering degree or MSc in Management, Economics or Business Administration.
- You have between 0-3 years'experience.
- Strong interest in Sales, Entrepreneurship and Engineering.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex ideas.
