- As the Associate Recruiting Marketing Manager you will support the Recruiting Marketing Team in building Viking’s Employer Brand and running effective recruitment marketing initiatives and projects that ensure a smooth operation of various business units.
- This role reports to the Senior Recruiting Marketing Manager.
- Social Media:
o Prepare Viking Careers’ social media calendar
o Support with increasing Viking Careers’ social media presence
- Paid Media:
o Assist in launching paid media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google
- Events:
o Assist in advertising and promoting upcoming recruitment events
o Research and select relevant events Viking’s recruiting team can take part in
- Content Creation:
o Assist with recruitment photo/video shoots
o Ensure brand consistency with Viking recruitment partners around the world
o Source user generated content to utilize for recruitment purposes
- Analytics:
o Support ad hoc reporting needs and special projects
- Inventory Management:
o Source new physical recruitment marketing assets from various vendors
- Admin:
o Onboard new vendors
o File and archive documents
o Develop and maintain Recruitment Marketing SOPsKEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience in content management, preferably within the cruise or travel industry is an advantage
- Solid computer skills, social media tools and platforms, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InDesign), Project Management, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and you are tech-savvy
- Strong qualitative and analytical skills, including manipulating data and reporting
- Driven, flexible, proactive person with a positive attitude and team spirit
- Completed higher education degree in relevant field (Marketing, Communications, Tourism, Hospitality, HR or related topics)
