- Development, maintenance, and further expansion of an international KOL and reference center network
- Active engagement and relationship management with key opinion leaders, ensuring strong loyalty to our products
- Identification and development of physicians as speakers for events (“podium presence”)
- Planning, organization, and management of visits with KOLs as well as at our training center, production site, and headquarters in Switzerland
- Close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Clinical & Medical Affairs
- Support of marketing and sales activities
- Responsibility for contracts, CRM maintenance, and reporting of KOL activities
- Further development and co-design of a global KOL management strategy
- Coordination and leadership of regional KOL managers
- Degree (University of Applied Sciences or university) with a focus on Marketing or scientific background with additional marketing training
- Minimum 5 years of experience in medical technology
- In-depth knowledge of the ophthalmic environment and confident interaction with medical specialists
- Experience with CRM systems (ideally HubSpot) and MS Office
- Strong communication skills with a persuasive personality and high level of social competence
- Structured, cross-functional working style and intercultural competence
- Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally (approx. 40–60%)
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage
