- Independently support front marketers and mandate specialists and with the preparation for client meetings and due diligence sessions including compiling convincing and bespoke high-quality marketing presentations and investment proposals as well as coordination of internal teams
- Creating tailored, persuasive and high-quality responses to client requests, assisting with queries and performance updates
- Acting as a first point of contact for product and mandate clients by coordinating and liaising with various teams and specialists within the firm (including the coordination of veto processes for investment decisions)
- Providing convincing and well-justified inputs to request for proposals (RFPs)
- Supporting the onboarding process for clients, which involves liaising with both internal and external counterparties
- Assisting on projects related to new business development, strategic planning, product development and other marketing initiatives
- Become an expert in private markets and Partners Group's platform, products, separately managed accounts and investment strategies across asset classes
- Undergraduate university degree
- German native as well as excellent skills in both spoken and written English
- 1 to 2 years' experience in (institutional) sales, investor relations, private banking, asset management, private equity, strategy consulting or investment banking
- Confident and comfortable communicating with teams and individuals across all levels
- Ability to take full ownership and responsibility by showing strong project management skills while driving different processes at the same time
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills and a strong desire to learn and succeed
- Proactive hands on approach
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to problem solving with a client-focused mindset and willingness to work towards tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of private markets is an advantage
