- Identify tender opportunities for office catering in your respective regions (in Romandie)
- Use your personal network to develop new business opportunities
- Use cold calling and outbound techniques to increase demand for FELFEL services
- Contacting prospects for FELFEL services and managing the first point of contact for
- inbound and outbound leads
- Convert prospects by bringing the FELFEL service and value proposition to life through a hands-on gastronomic tasting experience, either at the customer’s premises or at the FELFEL offices
- Take full ownership of your sales pipeline, maintaining accurate tracking, proactively following up with prospects, and driving deals forward.
- Spend time in the field meeting prospects and building relationships with key stakeholders
- Leading contract negotiations that align customers' interests with FELFEL's business objectives
- Solution-orientated approach to partnerships
- Drive deals to closure by confidently presenting proposals, addressing objections, and securing long-term partnerships
- Min. 2-5 years of experience in sales, ideally in a similar industry
- Strong understanding of the Swiss market, specifically regarding B2B behavior in the French-speaking region.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools such as HubSpot for efficient pipeline management.
- Ability to identify decision-makers quickly and approach them with confidence.
- Persuasive communicator with a winning personality in customer contact.
- Structured and detail-oriented way of working, even with administrative tasks.
- Operational and hands-on mindset, with a strong willingness to spend time in the field and engage directly with clients.
- Passion for food and the ability to inspire others with exciting food stories.
- Native or bilingual proficiency in French and strong English skills are a must – German is a plus.
- Valid driving license, as you will spend up to 50% of your time on-site with customers.
