- Ensuring compliance with cash handling, security, and loss prevention procedures.
- Conducting inventory checks and supporting accurate stock management.
- Developing expertise in a designated product category to serve as a trusted advisor for clients and colleagues.
- Supporting reporting activities to enable performance tracking and business insights.
- Maintaining the highest standards of boutique cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
- Several years of proven experience in luxury retail - Fashion & Accessories' background preferred
- A genuine passion for luxury goods and an understanding of the high-end client journey.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Team-oriented with excellent collaboration skills.
- Proactive, results-driven, and committed to excellence.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in German is required; proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of other languages is highly desirable.
