- Oversee accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting for SVCI
- Ensure accurate revenue recognition, cost allocation, and margin analysis for SVCI
- Prepare and review management reports, KPIs, and variance analyses to support business decisions
- Maintain compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies
- Track post-investment performance versus plan and identify risks and improvement opportunities
- Assist the investments and the group during budgeting and rolling forecast processes
- Partner with operational leaders to develop realistic assumptions and financial targets
- Monitor performance against budgets and provide actionable insights
- Act as a finance business partner to support potential synergies within the investments.
- Collaborate with Legal, Treasury, Operations, and Commercial teams on contract structures, pricing models, and financial implications
- Support strategic initiatives related to expansion, innovation, and optimization of new investments
- Improve financial processes, reporting automation, and data quality across investment activities
- Support implementation or enhancement of ERP, reporting tools, or financial systems as needed
- Identify opportunities to scale finance processes as new businesses grow
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent strongly preferred) with a Big 4 background
- 6–10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, including exposure to investments, or multi-entity environments
- Experience in hospitality, travel, cruise, retail, consumer services, or asset-heavy industries is a strong plus
- Solid understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
- Strong knowledge of IFRS accounting principles and financial controls
- Fluent in English, French and/or Italian are a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset
- Ability to translate financial data into clear insights for non-finance stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple stakeholders
- High attention to detail with the ability to see the big picture
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
