Finance & Accounting Manager (M F X)

• You will oversee the financial follow-up, accounting activities, and reporting processes linked to strategic business initiatives and new development projects.
• You will ensure the accuracy of revenue, cost allocation, margin analysis, and key financial data to support sound decision-making.
• You will prepare and review management reports, budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and variance analyses to provide clear visibility on business performance.
• You will partner with operational and support teams to assess financial impacts, identify improvement opportunities, and support business growth.
• You will contribute to the strengthening of financial controls, compliance standards, and reporting quality across several activities or entities.
• You will drive continuous improvement in finance processes, tools, and data reliability in a fast-evolving environment.

• You have solid experience in finance and accounting within an international and multi-activity environment.
• You bring strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and internal controls.
• You are comfortable translating complex financial information into practical insights for a variety of stakeholders.
• You demonstrate excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to keep a broad business perspective.
• You are fluent in English; French is a strong asset, and Italian would be considered a plus.
• You thrive in dynamic environments and build effective relationships across cross-functional teams.
