We are looking for a committed Marketing & Communications Specialist who would like to strengthen our team and help realize our vision.Tasks
  • Contribute to driving topline growth by creating communication and marketing outputs that strengthen brand visibility, support commercial initiatives, and enhance customer engagement.
  • Work closely with Front teams to support customer‑facing initiatives and ensure clear, aligned messaging.
  • Create visually compelling content for internal and external communication.
  • Develop and produce engaging images and videos for campaigns, social media, product communication, and internal formats.
  • Write and translate high‑quality content in both English and German, tailored to diverse audiences and aligned with our brand tone.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and visual identity across all channels.
  • Support social media management, including creative content production, content planning, posting, and community engagement.
  • Design, manage, and distribute newsletters that drive engagement, communicate key updates, and contribute to audience growth.
  • Assist in planning and executing conferences and company events, including the creation of visual assets, and event‑related content.
Requirements
  • Strong expertise in content creation in both English and German.
  • University degree (Bachelor’s or higher) in Marketing, Media Production, Communications, Design, or a related field.
  • Hands‑on experience with modern marketing, design, and social media tools.
  • Proven experience in email marketing and developing customer‑centric content aligned with digital marketing strategies.
  • A hands‑on work attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with SaaS, technology, or financial services is an advantage.
