- Take partial responsibility for search engine orchestration to expand our digital authority of UBS.com/ch
- Strategic and systematic on-site optimization of existing and new landing pages and user journeys with strong focus on content recommendations & user experience across various target audiences, products & services
- Responsibility for research in LLMs and search engines including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities, clustering, identification of content gaps and ongoing competitor analysis
- Derivation of actionable insights & advice from analytics data and user behavior to drive SEO in content creation, content marketing, social media and other digital channels/measures
- Advice for improving website's technical performance and crawlability (technical SEO)
- Regularly execute A/B-tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights to increase the organic visibility, high-quality traffic and conversions
- Development & implementation of off-site optimization strategy to further expand our domain authority
- Provide state-of-the-art reporting and monitoring on data driven decision making to drive traffic and lead performance
- Ease to collaborate with internal stakeholders, performance marketing teams and external providers on the importance of SEO, user experience and mobile-first approach

UBS RecruitingYour teamYou'll be working in the SEO/ GEO & On-site Steering Team in our Zurich Europaallee office. We deal with all SEO-related activities for UBS Switzerland like search engine optimization, behavioral analytics, UX & technical SEO advisory.Your expertise
- Master's degree in marketing and communication sciences or advanced studies in digital marketing, analytics or user experience
- 7+ years professional experience on SEO, digital marketing, ideally in a global e-commerce company or in a specialized digital marketing agency
- excellent knowledge of organic ranking factors, search engine algorithms, user behavior and content marketing
- strong focus on web analytics for data driven decisions to enhance our digital authority (vibe coding + phyton is a plus)
- proven in-depth experience with SEO- and analytics tools: Adobe Analytics, Sistrix, SEMRush, Searchmetrics, Decibel, ScreamingFrog, Google Ads, GSC, etc.
- working knowledge in HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- proficient in German (mother tongue) and English
- knowledge in agile working
