Country Leader ControlsMeyrin/Geneva, SwitzerlandWe are seeking a highly strategic, results-driven executive to lead the Building Controls portfolio with P&L responsibility. This role combines senior-level client leadership, sales strategy, and cross-functional execution to win, grow, and scale solutions for complex building automation and energy management initiatives. The Country Leader Controls will cultivate executive-level relationships, drive profitable growth, and expand Johnson Controls’ footprint across Switzerland.
