This role focuses on hands-on delivery leadership combined with strong project management discipline, and operates under the guidance of Senior Managers and the Director, Head of Delivery.Within the Service & Enterprise Solutions organization, the Delivery Manager plays a critical role in turning defined solution needs into reliable, production-ready outcomes. This role combines solution delivery execution with workstream-level project management, working closely with Delivery, Architecture, Integration, Product, Engineering, and client teams to ensure solutions are implemented in line with agreed scope, plans, and regulatory requirements.What You'll Be Doing (Responsibilities)Execute day-to-day delivery activities for assigned client solutions and manage project workstreams within enterprise and institutional engagementsPlan and track project activities, including tasks, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependenciesSupport solution definition and deal shaping activities by providing delivery input on scope, sequencing, risks, and feasibilityExecute delivery plans covering timelines, milestones, resources, dependencies, and risksCoordinate delivery activities across Engineering, Product, Integration, vendors, and client teams to ensure alignment and progressTrack delivery progress, risks, and issues, escalating where appropriate to senior project leadershipMaintain project documentation, status reports, and meeting artifactsFacilitate project meetings, including planning sessions, stand-ups, and retrospectivesMonitor progress against delivery commitments and provide regular status updates to stakeholdersSupport testing, go-live activities, operational readiness coordination, and early-life production stabilizationEnsure delivery activities comply with established governance, quality standards, contractual requirements, and regulatory requirementsContribute to delivery reporting, documentation, and client communicationsSupport continuous improvement initiatives across delivery processes, project management frameworks, and toolingWhat We Look for In You (Required Qualifications)5–7 years of experience in delivery management, project management, program coordination, or solution implementation within banking, financial services, fintech, or technology infrastructure environmentsProven experience managing technical delivery projects and multi-system solutions in complex, regulated environmentsUnderstanding of project tracking, risk management, delivery coordination, and multiple delivery streamsExperience working with or supporting regulated financial services clients (banking, custody, payments, capital markets)Strong organizational and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple delivery streams and prioritiesFamiliarity with modern delivery environments, including cloud, DevOps, and CI/CD-driven executionFamiliarity with agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery modelsAbility to communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and client stakeholdersSelf-starter with proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and geographies, demonstrating high-quality and high-touch customer engagement throughout all phases of deliveryLanguages: Swiss German, German, and English required; French highly preferred for Geneva market; Italian a plusLocation: Switzerland, with focus on Zurich, Geneva, and Lugano as locationsNice To Haves (Preferred Qualifications)Exposure to digital asset, blockchain, crypto infrastructure, custody, or payments platformsExperience working with core banking or financial market infrastructure systemsBackground in consulting, system integration, or managed services organizationsPMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or similar project management certificationsInterest in progressing into Senior Delivery Manager or senior project management roles
