- Support and drive the execution of the Perfumery & Beauty digital, data, and AI transformation agenda, ensuring clarity, focus, and tangible progress
- Structure and frame digital and AI-enabled opportunities, translating business questions into actionable analyses and recommendations
- Lead specific analyses or initiatives within the transformation portfolio, ensuring high-quality outputs and tangible contribution to progress
- Synthesize insights, risks, and priorities across initiatives to support decision-making and clarify trade-offs
- Conduct targeted analyses on use cases, roadmaps, and maturity to inform direction and prioritization
- Coordinate and align stakeholders across business, digital, and technology teams, ensuring coherence and visibility across the transformation portfolio
- Monitor progress, dependencies, and risks, proactively highlighting issues and supporting resolution
- Prepare clear, concise, and decision-oriented materials for senior stakeholders
- Applies emerging digital, data, and AI concepts to concrete business challenges, requiring continuous learning and the ability to translate evolving topics into actionable use cases

- Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data, Digital, or a related field
- ~8 | 10 years of experience in digital strategy, transformation, consulting, or business analysis roles
- Experience contributing to digital, data, or technology‑enabled initiatives, such as digital transformation programs, process digitalization, or AI‑related topics
- Strong ability to understand, structure, and apply digital and data concepts (data foundations, digital tools, AI use cases) to business questions, without requiring deep technical expertise
- Ability to independently structure and lead analyses or workstreams with a high level of rigor and reliability
- Experience working in complex, matrix, and international environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams
- Proactive, pragmatic, and solution‑oriented
- Curious and quick to grasp new topics, particularly in AI, digital and data‑related domains
