- Prepare and maintain monthly T&A reports
- Monitor headcount and organizational structures
- Ensure correct mapping of unpaid leave and resolve system discrepancies
- Manage interfaces between time-tracking systems ( ATOSS) and HR systems
- Maintain working time models and shift structures
- Process on-call (Pikett) and travel times
- Handle vacation adjustments and balance transfers
- Participate in system improvements and process optimization
- Support HR Business Partners on T&A-related topics and cases
- End-to-end handling of accident cases (Suva, medical certificates, daily allowances)
- Reconcile discrepancies and ensure accurate system updates
- Monitor long-term sickness cases
- Manage insurance registrations and related communication
- Process medical certificates and daily sickness benefits (KTG)
- Manage IV cases, documentation, and decisions
- Ensure accurate tracking and system entries
- Coordinate all related correspondence
- Commercial background or equivalent ; HR certification ( Personalsachbearbeiter / Zeitwirtschaft) is a plus
- Solid experience in HR Administration, ideally within T&A and Absence Management
- Strong knowledge of Swiss labor law (ArG, OR) and social security (UVG, KTG, IV)
- Experience with time-tracking systems (ATOSS or similar)
- Familiarity with insurance platforms ( Suva)
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy
- Structured, reliable, and solution-driven mindset
- Experience working in international environments
- German & English C1/C2 (both fluent mandatory) ; French: B2
