Location: Lausanne or OltenOur client, a major player in the Swiss energy sector, is looking for an Application Support Engineer to strengthen its IT Trading Tools & Analysis team.
In this role, you will work directly with Traders, Analysts, and Middle Office, playing a key part in supporting and improving critical business applications.Your responsibilities:Develop and maintain applications to meet business requirementsProvide 1st and 2nd level support for critical applicationsAdvise and assist Front Office users with their own developments, promoting best practicesPropose and implement solutions to optimize and streamline existing toolsYour profile:Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalentStrong skills in Excel/VBA and Python/PandasSolid experience with SQL and Software EngineeringKnowledge of Linux & Windows administrationFluent English (French or German is a plus)Analytical mindset, stress-resistant, and flexible with working hours
