
Quality Assurance Engineer (all genders)

- Lead Non-Conformance Investigation and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for any product or process deviations.
- Oversee quality aspects of Internal MAIT (Manufacturing Assembly Integration and Test) processes, including test equipment management and process capability assessment.
- Implement and Develop quality assurance Program in accordance with project milestones, ensuring customer requirements through collaboration with engineering, operations and supply chain.
- Establish Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) features in collaboration with Process Engineering and Operations
- Moderate Process FMEA
- Execute quality inspections, including KIPs and MIPs, and maintain associated production records to ensure compliance with critical requirements.
- Establish Process Quality Documentation & Supervise MAIT Process Development/Qualification for all relevant quality aspects.
- Ensure alignment with project milestones and fulfillment of customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements throughout operations execution.
- Moderate Process FMEAs, establish process quality documentation, and support process qualification.
- Contribute as needed to Customer and Internal Audit as Quality Assurance representative.
- Support continuous improvement and development of the Quality organization through training and coaching initiatives.
- Relevant experience in the field of Quality and Continuous Improvement
- Preferred education: BSc/MSc degree in Engineering or in a similar relevant discipline
- Knowledge of standards such as EN9100, ECSS, NASA and MIL
- Ability to quickly understand and analyse technical products/systems and their function
- High level of theoretical skills in relevant fields with an adeptness to coach hands on practical elements “on the floor”
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- MS Office experience required
- Experience in the application of Quality preventive methodology (5Why, Ishikawa Fishbone…)
- Any further language (German, French and Swedish) beyond English is a strong asset
- Experience in other Space companies
