Provide Technical Support: Deliver prompt and effective technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.Hardware and Software Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain hardware components, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Manage software installations, updates, and patches to ensure systems are up-to-date and secure.User Training and Documentation: Conduct user training sessions to promote efficient use of IT resources and tools. Develop and maintain documentation such as user guides and standard operating procedures to facilitate knowledge transfer and support.IT Asset Management: Maintain accurate records of IT assets, including inventory management, tracking, and disposal processes. Collaborate with procurement teams to procure necessary IT equipment and software licenses.Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal IT teams and external vendors to resolve complex technical issues and implement system enhancements. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on support tickets and project statuses.On premise support |VIP and user support- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. A Master's degree in IT is preferred- At least 3 to 5 years' experience in similar function.- Excellent knowledge in managing workstations and laptops running Windows 10.- Good knowledge in Active Directory.- Good knowledge in MS Office.- Basic knowledge in SharePoint.- Basic knowledge in IP phones and videoconferencing.- Basic knowledge in Software deployment tools.- Good organizational and communicational skills.- Swiss location mandatory- Languages: Fluent in French and EnglishOur client is a private bank located in GenevaReally attractive package and environment
