TasksResponsibilities

Own all shipping initiatives end-to-end
Track what is blocked, why, and by whom
Unblock execution:
chase decisions
prepare options
escalate when needed
make pragmatic calls
Break work into small, shippable slices
Push teams to finish, not perfect
Own early distribution & traction initiatives:
launches
onboarding
early users
visibility experiments
Lead by doing, not by talking

Not a framework designer
Not a meeting organizer
Not an analyst writing decks
Not someone who waits for perfect input

Technically literate (doesn’t need to code, but understands delivery)
