- Definition of our eCommerce Roadmap:
- Contribute to the definition of the overall campaign calendar and promotional activities in line with strategic and financial goals
- Develop appealing offers for new & existing customers (Cross & Upselling), tailoring promotions to our different customer segments
- Implementation and tracking of campaigns:
- Definition of key messages and propositions to captivate new customers through our eShop
- Lead projects with cross-functional teams (performance marketing, copywriters, designers) to seamlessly launch new products, campaigns, and promotions on our eShop
- Closely collaborate with analytics team to ensure performance tracking for campaigns is in place, derive insights for optimization
- Continuous eShop improvements:
- Analyze campaign performance together with Analytics team and derive learnings for future campaigns
- Generate ideas for continuous website improvement, define customer journeys together with Product Owners and designers and define backlog items together with Product Owners
- Organization skills: Exceptional organizational skills, vital for coordinating numerous activities seamlessly and ensuring nothing is overlooked
- Ownership and attention to detail: Meticulous attention to detail for flawless campaign execution
- Analytical thinking: Ability to transform intricate information into clear, compelling messages easily understood by potential customers
- Stakeholder management: Strong stakeholder management skills to effectively coordinate with a diverse group of stakeholders
- Communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly, both externally to customers and internally, ensuring that our messages are easily understood by all
- Product/Service understanding: Understanding of the telecommunications market to formulate effective selling arguments
