Trainee in Quality & Environmental Safety For a 6 months assignment starting ideally as of September 2025. As part of the continuous improvement of our cleaning and quality practices, our site is looking to replace or optimize the use of ethanol for equipment cleaning. The objective is to ensure safe, efficient, and GMP-compliant procedures, while maintaining high product quality standards. This internship aims to establish and validate a cleaning protocol that ensures GMP compliance and product quality, while reducing safety risks, limiting operator exposure, and integrating an environmentally responsible approach (e.g. solvent reduction, waste management). You will work closely with cross-functional teams (Quality, HSE, Production, QC Laboratory) and participate in real-life testing and risk-based assessments. Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio; familiarity with tools like Power BI, MATLAB, or similar is a plus Map the current cleaning process and practices on the shopfloor Assess cleaning effectiveness and associated quality risks (e.g. residues, cross-contamination) Evaluate safety and environmental risks (flammability, ATEX, emissions, waste) Benchmark and test alternative cleaning methods Draft and test alternative cleaning protocols in line with GMP requirements Document cleaning validation results and present findings to key stakeholders Support the QSHE in any other topics
