Senior Client Service Officer - position based in Zurich

- Lead and execute the full client onboarding process for individuals and legal entities
- Responsible for maintaining and updating client static data in core systems
- Manage client documentation across the full client lifecycle and ensure proper archiving and record-keeping
- Own and represent the teams' responsibilities, acting as subject matter expert and ensuring strong governance across FATCA, CRS, and QI controls, reconciliations, and exception handling
- Conduct and enhance L1 controls and reconciliations for FATCA and CRS reporting
- Monitor QI withholding processes and manage any exceptions that arise
- Act as the primary contact for compliance and external auditors
- Collaborate with Front Office, Compliance, Legal, and Operations teams to resolve queries and expedite case processing
- Initiate and contribute to process improvement initiatives and support transformation projects, including user acceptance testing (UAT)
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related fields (or an equivalent educational pathway)
- At least 10 years of total professional experience within the financial industry, including a minimum of 6 years in a similar function with comparable responsibilities
- Up to 4 years of additional experience may come from other relevant roles within the financial sector (e.g., Operations, Front Office, Risk, Compliance)
- Strong understanding of complex client structures and international onboarding requirements, ensuring accurate validation and regulatory alignment
- Solid knowledge of FATCA, CRS and QI with hands-on experience in executing controls, reporting and tax-related processes
- Strong technical affinity and confidence working across multiple systems and tools
- High attention to detail with strong analytical skills, data-quality focus and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while ensuring structured coordination and robust documentation
- Collaborative team player who supports knowledge sharing and contributes to continuous improvement
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required; German is an asset
