Develop and execute brand assortment and pricing strategies
Lead seasonal investment reviews with senior management
Drive cross-channel alignment and segmentation strategies
Partner with global stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment
Benchmark performance against market trends and competition
Business Operations
Monitor key business metrics (Sales In/Out, Gross Margin)
Oversee seasonal calendar and milestone execution
Lead line opening presentations and assortment planning
Optimize inventory position across channels
Define and communicate seasonal assortment needs to Global Merchandising
Team Management
Lead, develop, and motivate high-performing teams
Foster a culture of innovation and excellence
Drive business development initiatives
Manage Open-to-Buy (OTB) and product planning
Experience, Skills, and Knowledge
8+ years experience in Merchandising, Buying, or related fields
Proven track record leading multi-level teams
International business exposure (work/study)
Strong retail operations and shop floor dynamics understanding
Product presentation expertise
Fluent English proficiency (additional languages valued)
