About the job:This role focuses on delivering administrative and operational support around strategic key opinion leader (KOL) engagements, congress activities, and digital initiatives in close collaboration with the Digital, Data & Technology (DD&T) team.Responsibilities:KOL Engagement Support:
  • Planning and logistics for KOL activities (meetings, bookings).
  • Documentation and reporting of engagement outcomes in alignment with compliance.
DD&T Alignment:
  • Act as the primary point of contact between Medical Affairs and DD&T.
  • Manage and maintain the DD&T Medical Affairs roadmap.
  • Support AI projects, website development, and other digital transformations.
Congress Administration:
  • Build and manage a comprehensive Congress Tracker to coordinate activities.
  • Oversee pre-, peri-, and post-congress communication (Emails, Science Day, briefings).
  • Support integration of booth operations, KOL activities, symposiums, and sponsorship agreements.
  • Prepare KOL engagements if needed (scheduling, creation of bios, documentation)
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements with medical societies (e.g., sponsorships).
Project management for improvement of internal repository hub:
  • Project management of the improvement plan of DRC 2.0 (vendor management, restructuring the content, write process/guidelines, aligning with content owners for new initiatives, communications)
Metrics and Reporting:
  • Own and drive the GMA dashboard metrics to evaluate the impact of Medical Affairs activities (KOL engagements, congresses, digital tools).
  • Provide regular updates and performance reports to Medical Affairs leadership.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industries, preferably in Medical Affairs or project management.
  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital platforms (e.g., Veeva insights, congress tools, DRC).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams (Commercial, DD&T, external stakeholders).
  • A proactive and solutions-driven mindset.
  • Effort and Collaboration:
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders, including Medical Affairs leadership, DD&T teams, Medial Affairs functions.
  • Requires flexibility for tight deadlines, and strong commitment to ethical standards.
