About This RoleZurzuvae ICoE Lead is responsible & accountable for driving world class product launch and commercialization and enabling affiliates for excellence in execution by leading the Above Market Cross Functional Team for the European and BIR regions.As the lead of ZURZUVAE ICoE and an integral member of the European/BIR regional team, this role will define the regional commercialization strategy of ZURZUVAE to deliver optimal product performance. This role will work hand in hand with the regional presidents and require eye-to-eye partnership with the General Managers, Business Unit heads, ICoE and global team members.The role requires an experienced leader with prior country business experience who drives both strategic and tactical planning/execution in close collaboration with key cross functional partners ensuring implementation of brand tactics and affiliate execution with a focus on driving business performance for in-line products and implementation of launching new products.The role will have shared accountability for regional (EU & BIR) brand performance and revenue, market share, and budget targets.It is critical that this person is a role model of the Biogen Elements and ensures compliance within our legal and regulatory frameworks.This role and the ICoE activities are guided by the Regional Presidents and governed by the CLF.What You’ll DoZURZUVAE Performance ManagementRegional launch strategy and execution for ZURZUVAEWorking cross functionally to deliver omni-channel content to affiliates with tracked KPIs for the respective ZURZUVAE (e.g. Interactive Visual Aids (IVA’s), Approved Emails (AE’s), Webinars, advisory boards, educational meetings, evidence generating projects, white papers, guidelines)Proactively leading Brand Performance Assessments at regional and affiliate level and working cross functionally to share best practice, or address gaps and deliver solutionsMarketing and Industry Knowledge BuildingEnsuring delivery of Competitive Readiness materials and knowledge sharingThe role is responsible for ensuring that best business practices are shared within the ICoE & global organization - managing/organizing the respective platforms.Facilitating Decision MakingParticipating in key decision-making meetings and responsible for tracking outcomes and deliverables, and following up on outstanding itemsWorking closely with the Regional President to identify and prepare for critical thought leadership engagementsManages and/or works with the center of excellence, core and supporting functions to ensure that the deliverables are on plan and on track; being accountable for ensuring high quality execution and that metrics for measurement of core activities are in placeWho You AreYou are a highly collaborative leader who has experience partnering with many and varied functions, external stakeholders, and executive management.
