For one of our Pharma clients based in NeuchatelPrimary Duties
The principal purpose of this function is to be the SME on the CMMS systems used on Neuchatel Site.
Create, manage and insure integrity of the data stored in the CMMS system.
In addition, CMMS SME - RAM / JDE are responsible of the employee formation on their systems.Responsibilities
60% Management of CMMS datas :
➢ Equipment / Measure instrument / TAGs creation
➢ Spare-parts creation and codification
➢ Creation / Modification / delation of Equipment Part-list
➢ Creation / Modification / delation of preventive and predictive maintenance Work-order
➢ Creation / Modification / delation of preventive calibration Work-order
➢ Hierarchy management of equipment in the systems
➢ Parameters modification10% Management of the documentation and formation support linked to the CMMS systems
10% Dispense formation to all employees who need to have access to the CMMS System
15% Participation on CAPEX project as needed
5% Management of all project linked to the CMMS systemEducation and Experience Requirements
Critical / Key skills:
➢ Knowledge of a GMP environmentLanguage & IT Skills:
➢ French speaker
➢ English is a bestKnowledge in Office
➢ Knowledge of a CMMS system like JD Edwards, BMRAM or SAPKey Skills, Abilities, and CompetenciesOther Job Requirements
➢ No travel
➢ Home office working is acceptable but not on a full time basis
