- Marketing strategy: Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness and support the growth of the TPW client segment across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
- Marketing implementation: Partner with our Institutional and Alternatives Marketing teams for the delivery of any Global or EMEA marketing initiatives in the DACH region.
- Marketing calendar: Oversee the development of a coordinated marketing calendar that harmonizes globally planned initiatives (incl. content) and local amplification and events across the DACH region.
- Events and Sponsored Conferences: Develop an integrated event calendar. Plan, organise and coordinate regional events, sponsorships and roadshows in partnership with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with client priorities and supporting TPW brand and relationship-building efforts across Zurich, Frankfurt, Vienna and other key financial centres.
- Campaigns and execution: Bring local strategic points of view to EMEA-wide initiatives to ensure relevance for the DACH segment. Augment regionally planned campaigns and product launches with locally tailored initiatives for German, Swiss and Austrian audiences, leveraging a range of channels including email,
- Team oversight: Offer oversight and development the DACH Marketing team members.
- 10+ years in a similar role within a similar leading financial institution with an outstanding track record with measurable impacts and achievements
- Fluency in German and English is essential,
- Knowledge of the asset management industry: clients, products, regulations, competitors, with specific deep knowledge of regulatory requirements for the DACH market
- Deep understanding of the distribution channels and client touchpoints within banks or other financial distribution platforms
- A strong understanding of all marketing mediums including digital, social and collateral
- Strong financial acumen and interest in investment views and markets with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and develop a clear, compelling story
- Demonstrable track record of working effectively across matrixed, complex organizations with strong communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to engage with partners at all levels
- Ability to work at varying speeds and under timeframe pressure, while maintaining extremely high standards
- Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS)
