Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities in the trust, fiduciary, and corporate services space
Actively leverage your existing network in Switzerland and international markets (e.g. LATAM, Eastern Europe)
Manage the full sales cycle - from initial outreach and proposal through to onboarding in close collaboration with internal legal, tax and client service teams
Maintain a high level of technical understanding regarding international structuring, trusts, foundations, and regulated entities
Represent the firm externally at events, client meetings, and in intermediary networks
Drive new client acquisition in the international trust and fiduciary spaceGlobal advisory firm with strong cross-border structuring expertise
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a business development or client-facing leadership role within a trust, fiduciary or corporate services firm
Established network of contacts of potential clients (e.g. LATAM, Eastern European etc.)
Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on approach, and ability to work independently within a regulated environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative sales style
Fluent in English; German or other languages are a strong advantage
