SAP TM Functional Analyst

• Analyze transportation and logistics processes to identify areas for improvement
• Design, configure, and implement SAP TM solutions that align with business requirements and best practices
• Collaborate with implementation partners and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
• Provide user training and ongoing support to ensure effective system adoption
• Document system configurations, business processes, and user guides
• Stay up to date with SAP TM developments and RISE advancements, recommending enhancements as needed
• Support project planning and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks

• Degree in Business Administration, IT, Logistics, or a related field
• multi-years of experience working with SAP TM in a functional analyst or consultant role
• Solid understanding of SAP TM integration with other modules (e.g., SD, MM, EWM)
• Familiarity with the SAP RISE framework and S/4HANA (certifications are a plus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Independent, structured, and proactive working style
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in training users and supporting digital change initiatives
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
