- Provide consulting and sales support via phone and email in German, French and English
- Design tailor-made travel solutions including flights, hotels, villas, car rentals, rail, cruises, private jets, yachts, transfers, and VIP services
- Prepare customized travel offers, itineraries, and full travel documentation
- Handle administrative processes including visa support and booking coordination
- Deliver a high level of personalized service based on client needs and expectations
- Actively identify and promote relevant lifestyle services through cross-selling
- Location: Switzerland
- Hybrid model: minimum 2 days per week in the Zurich office (if within commuting distance)
- Secure and quiet home office environment required (if working remotely)
- Stable internet connection meeting minimum speed requirements
- Internet speed test and screenshot submission required during the hiring process
- Final work arrangement confirmed in later interview stages
- Office-based work option available upon request
- During the first week of employment (Week 1), employees are required to work 100% from the office to support onboarding, cultural immersion, and initial setup.
- A Work-From-Home (WFH) assessment will be assigned on Day 1 and must be completed within the first week.
- From Week 2 onwards, employees may transition to a hybrid working arrangement, subject to successful completion and passing of the assessment.

- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the travel industry, at tour operators, or in travel agencies
- Solid GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus) and excellent destination knowledge
- Fluency in German, English, and French, both written and spoken (all three languages required)
- Passion for travel, luxury, gastronomy, events, and culture
- Strong communication skills and a strong service orientation
- High quality awareness and attention to detail
- Full-time availability
